“Happy 4th of July! We are celebrating the big win as a family today at the new house, greatly enjoying the swimming pool on this beautiful 87° day. Since the day of closing, it has been an absolute whirlwind of activity between moving companies, plumbers, pool technicians, handymen, a grading guy for the dirt road, cleaners, and the list goes on and on and on. I’ve thought a dozen or more times about how incredibly full of gratitude I am for you, for your tenacity, your creative thinking, your problem solving, your patience, your ‘whip-cracking’, and your unwavering determination to push this deal across the finish line. The reality of all your hard work and commitment to serving me in this way is that now every day my wife and I wake up in a dream come true, and I cannot even tell you how it fills my heart to hear my wife say “oh my gosh I LOVE this house” with a smile on her face a few times every day.
